Zoom Restaurant - Glocal Dining in Frankfurt

Despite COVID-19, we had a delicious breakfast. This is partly served as a buffet and partly as a self-service.

The price-performance ratio does not fit. The portions are quite small compared to the price. The service is unorganized - the desirable quiet when eating and enjoying is missing.

Very, very high quality, modern facility that invites you to linger. We were there on January 1st and wanted to have a coffee first and look around for dinner. We decided to eat elsewhere. I work in service myself and know what is important: friendliness above all. If the service staff is annoyed and takes the order and then chases the guest himself into looking for coffee cream, then that has very little to do with good service. Just a "Happy New Year" with a smile would have saved a lot. I will try again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

The food was of good quality, but the price was quite high. But I don't expect anything else at an airport hotel. The service was friendly and quick. The highlight was the dessert.

While the food was good and well portioned and the service friendly they were very understaffed. Most tables were full and they only had a host, bartender and one waiter. Waited ten minutes for drink order and check never came. No one was even noticing that we had been done eating for twenty minutes and couldn't get anyone's attention. We went and waited at the host stand until he came back so we could pay and leave.

The hotel is very close to the airport

We were greeted warmly and led at a table. The order was picked up quickly and the food was served a short time later. It was very pleasant to dine there everything was delicious and the service good.

Test good

Almost all the tables were empty. People came in behind me, ordered and were served their food, while I waited and waited. The two servers made eye contact with me four times and still didn't offer service. 20 minutes and then I left. I highly recommend the RBG Bar and Grill in the Park Place hotel. Sat down and within a minute was ordering.

Service is great despite it being a busy Saturday evening. Food is very tasty and good value for money. For a hotel restaurant, can’t beat it.

Very disappointing service. Waiting to be served, waiting for a glass of wine, waiting for table to be cleared, waiting to place my mains order. Seriously, has the service in Germany gotten so bad! There are others waiting and everyone is too polite to say something. Unfortunately the Food does not make up for the bad service - food was ok but it might of been great were it not for the service.

I stayed here during a business trip. The atmosphere in this hotel, to which the restaurant belongs, is very open and modern. The whole concept is very straightforward. There are delicious finger food but also larger food. Value for money is completely fine. I had chicken wings as well as tomato mozzarella. The quality of the food is very good. I will definitely come back.

A great restaurant and I can only recommend it

Not recommended! While prices are high, the servings will leave you hungry and unsatisfied at best. Service is fine though.

The taste is generally too small

One star because I couldn't give zero. Awful food, never had such bad experience with hotel restaurant (it's a Hyatt): burger look like an overcooked shoe sole, untasty, soggy, chewy; salad was expired a few days ago swimming in dressing .
